This request is now supported in Delivrd through multiple inventory locations. A location can be a site, a manufacturing plant, a warhouse, a distribution center, a room or any physical location storing products.

You can import products from a csv file, as explained here:

As you mentioned, it's much easier to use the products import tool rather than creating products one-by-one.
